New Civic Education Workshop Kicks Off in Sydney

The Chinese Australian Forum (CAF) successfully relaunched the 2024-25 round of Civics Education and Media Literacy Workshops with a kick-off event in Sydney on Wednesday, 11 September. Over 130 participants attended, gaining insights into Australian democracy, the democratic process, and media literacy.

Participants received a comprehensive coursebook, and nearly 100 surveys were completed, reflecting strong engagement and valuable feedback for future events. Please check out more photos from our facebook page.

This workshop was funded by the Australian Government’s National Foundation for Australia-China Relations and held in collaboration with St. Phillip's Anglican Church and the Eastwood Chinese Senior Citizens Club.
